  • information you give Conciliate SA in the course of your relationship with Conciliate SA as a client, prospective client, prospective employee or supplier;
  • information Conciliate SA obtains from you or other persons in the course of providing the services to you and other parties you authorize to be involved in the service we provide you

Your participation on our website and other means by which you may contact us  is voluntary and we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of your personal information, including the use of encryption to protect credit card information.

  • analysing Conciliate SA’s services and customer needs with a view to developing new and/or improved services;
  • contacting you, in the case of an emergency involving someone else you know;
  • contacting you to provide a testimonial for Conciliate SA.

Mediation Services

Any mediation service you receive from Conciliate SA will be conducted in accordance with the policy outlined in our ‘Contract’, including confidentiality of any information exchanged during the provision of such service.

At our client's option, we may utilize cookies (information sent by our web server and stored on your computers hard drive) to identify you and to save you time when you return to manage your account, make an equiry or order new services. Cookies do not contain personal information about you.

Complaints:
If you have a complaint, the first step it to raise your concerns with your mediation consultant so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.  Please call us on 0422 977 227
